New version of Apple TV likely on its way for a September 10 launch

Apple may be planning to unveil an updated Apple TV device at its September 10th press event.



According to the site, Apple received a shipment described as "Set Top Box with Communication Function" from BYD Precision Manufacture in Shenzhen, China on August 11th. Another shipment with the same description was delivered on August 18th and yet another on August 25th. The shipment description was on the original bill of lading obtained from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
