Apple’s iTunes Store was Shut Down By Massive Service Outage

Following numerous reports of difficulties accessing the App Store, Apple has confirmed a major outage affecting all users.
Multiple Store Services - All users are affected
Customers may be unable to make purchases from the App Store, iTunes Store, iBooks Store, or Mac App Store.
In addition to the Stores being down, developers are reporting that they are unable to log into iTunes Connect or use TestFlight.
