Apple will reportedly release iOS 7.1 in mid-March alongside a new Mobile Device Management system.
 

An unverified source tipped the site that Apple is working with some vendors and institutional clients to improve iOS managed deployment. Those features are expected to ship with iOS 7.1 "around March 15."
