One of the most popular Twitter clients for iOS, Tweetbot, has just been released with a completely new design for iOS 7. The app is a separate download from Tweetbot 2 (lots of work reportedly went in to the redesign), so check the link below to download.
An iPad version is reportedly in the works as well.
