Yahoo has acquired the Incredible Labs, the development team behind the Donna personal assistant app for iPhone.
A Personal Assistant for Everyone: Donna tells you when to leave for an appointment, dials into conference calls for you, and lets others know when to expect you—all without you opening the app.
Unfortunately, following the transaction's close, Donna will be pulled from the App Store.
